For more than 17 years, Heather Francine has specialized in commercial real estate and client development, although her real estate career began over 30 years ago, she continues to enjoy the diversity and change in the ever-evolving industry. Currently she is a Vice President with Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates in Irvine, CA. In her current role, Heather can focus on client development and retention as a Team Member and Operations Director on The Resha Team.
For several years, Heather was on the development team at Integrity Commercial Brokerage, where she was charged with the responsibility of strengthening client relationships and networking. Both areas have contributed to the exceptional reputation that Heather continues to experience in the brokerage community.
Heather is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and is passionate about the retail sector of commercial real estate. So much so that from 2010-2012, Heather and her business partner were retained by the City of Yorba Linda to assist with Economic Development and Marketing for the city–working to attract, retain and expand businesses in Yorba Linda with an emphasis on the retail sector.
Most recently Heather joined CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women), an organization that focuses on advancing the success of women in commercial real estate with a multi-disciplinary membership. Heather is currently the Chair for their annual Summer Soiree, an annual event, that has a partnership with a local community organization. She is also a chapter member of the Greater Southern California CCIM and is in the process of taking the necessary courses to attain her CCIM designation within the next few years.
In addition to this, Heather is a Certified Coach with The Massimo Group where she coaches top producing commercial real estate professional across the country. Massimo Group is the premiere program within the industry and consistently sees an increase in productivity and revenue for their clients that is life changing for many.
Having been born and raised in Orange County, Heather’s community involvement has included Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, 44 Women for Orangewood Foundation, serving and attending Richfield Community Church as well as various volunteer positions for the schools her children attended. Most recently Heather served five years as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Placentia. Heather and her husband currently reside in Orange and have 2 adult children: one serving in the United States Navy and the other in college, soon to be an elementary school teacher.
